J L Auto Parts came into existence in 1988 as a partnership organization to manufacture Auto Parts for Escorts Yamaha Motor Ltd. Over the years , the company increased its product portfolio and achieved over all the growth integrating innovation and technology. And, today the company is a prominent supplier to top- rung OEMs in India.
It was the cumulative experience of the visionary founders. Mr. A.K. Dhiman and Mr. Jayant Sehgal who help the company achieve phenomenal growth and sustained success . A new plant (J L Auto parts Unit 2) was established in 2016 at Sanand, Gujarat on recommendation of customer to cater sophisticated precision parts. This plant is equipped with upgraded manufacturing facility with support of Robos for the movement of parts from machine to Machine and process to process.
A D Precision Forgings (A J L Auto Parts Group Company) has first manufacturing plant in Faridabad with in house Liquid Paint Shop , dedicatedly manufacturing of Stem Comp Steering for Telescopic Front Fork suspension of two wheelers.
The Second Plant (A D Precision Unit 2) is in Prithla, Haryana, having in-house cold and hot forging facilities to make Standard fasteners, High Tensile Fasteners, Special fasteners and Special Forming Parts. The plant has all the facilities under one roof like Gas Fired Continuous Heat Treatment Plant with SCADA control, Fully Automatic Alkaline Zinc Plating Plant with SCADA control and Wire Drawing cum Annealing and Normalizing facilities. It employs innovative, futuristic and cost effective process to manufacture good quality products like Axles, High Tensile Bolts, Studs, Cam Brakes and Standard/Special Fasteners for OEMs.
This company has Multi Station Bolt Makers, Multi Station Part Formers, Multi Station Nut Formers and Long Length Headers; the set up for hot forging consists of Hot Forging Presses up to 1600 tons to make intricate forgings of weight upto 5 Kgs.
