The company has “State of The Art” manufacturing facilities in Haryana and Gujarat, where excellent products exceeding customer expectations, are being manufactured. To satiate the requirements of OEMs for sophisticated auto parts, the company has installed the latest machines and gadgets including CNC Gear Hobbing Machines, VMC Machines, CNC Turning Centres, Polygon Turning Centres, CNC Parting Machines, Centerless Grinding, Double Disc Grinder, Cylindrical Grinding, Thread Rolling Machine, Shot Blasting Machine and Conventional Machines along with in-house designed and manufactured Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) like Helical Broaching, Leakage Testing, Slitting, Welding, Deep Hole Drilling, Pressing and Auto Feed Vertical Milling Machines.

The plant in Gujarat is equipped with Fully Robotic Lines for less or no human intervention to attain precision in manufacturing standards. Also JL Auto Parts has facility of Cold and Hot Forging on Knuckle Joint Presses.
